Executive Director

Elizabeth is a seasoned urban development professional with over ten years of experience. She has continuously worked closely with city officials to ensure that Jersey City lives up to its full potential. As the Executive Director of the Historical Downtown Special Improvement District, Elizabeth spearheaded the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza, restaurant row and Groove on Grove. Elizabeth has also opened two flourishing small businesses in the area and is enthusiastic about continuing to serve Jersey City.

Director of Development and Operations

Martin oversees the Alliance’s operations and looks after a diverse portfolio of special projects that help improve the quality of life for those within in the district. He works collaboratively with properties throughout the district, ownership, and the City of Jersey of City to provide supplemental services that benefit the district.
