During the past year, we have learned more about ourselves than at any other time in our lives, both the positive and negative aspects. We don’t know who we are until we are pushed to the limit. Some of us had to fight hard against our negative side and some have opened up their positive side. Mental health is more important now than ever and we should all give it the respect it deserves.
